Indorama India Private Limited (IIPL) is a leading manufacturer of phosphatic and urea fertilisers in India. We operate two complex fertiliser plants in Haldia, West Bengal that produce Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) and NPK. This facility also includes a plant that produces 600 TPD of Single Super-Phosphate (SSP) in powder form, and two plants dedicated to the production of sulphuric acid for the merchant market.

In 2019, both our complex fertiliser plant and our SSP plant were awarded with prestigious Environment Protection Award at the Fertiliser Association of India Annual Seminar. Our phosphate-based fertilisers sold under the brand name Paras, are especially popular among farmers in Eastern and North Eastern India.

On 1st Jan’2022, we acquired Aditya Birla Group’s fertiliser business in Jagdishpur, Uttar Pradesh, formerly known as Indo Gulf Fertilisers. This now positions us as India’s third-largest private producer of fertilisers, and enables us to scale our operations to cater to farmers all across the country. We manufacture urea fertilisers at our facility in Jagdishpur under the brand name Shaktiman, which is widely used by farmers across the Indo-Gangetic plains.

Prior to this, he served as VP - SCM & RM Sourcing for IIPL's Fertilisers business, and has also held the role of Controller - F&A. A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, Mr Sinha has previously worked with companies such as Tata Chemicals and Eveready Industries.

Mr Rajveer Singh has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years across various sectors, including automobile, agri-tech, IT, and fertilisers, where he held multi-functional roles. He is a law graduate from the University of Delhi and completed his post-graduation from the University of Rajasthan. Mr Singh is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Harish R Nair

As the Chief Commercial & Finance Officer at IIPL, Mr Harish Nair is responsible for managing the commercial and finance functions for urea, phosphates, and other agricultural inputs. Prior to joining IIPL, he spent over 25 years with Tata Chemicals where he held various positions in Finance & Accounts, commercial, strategy, and sales and marketing. His last position was as head of Tata Chemicals Magadi Ltd., the company’s Kenyan subsidiary. Mr Nair is a science graduate and has completed his management studies at IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a member of ICMA.

Rajendra Sankhe

Mr Rajendra Sankhe has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the Jagdishpur unit, since 2015. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Engineering, Mumbai (formerly known as University Department of Chemical Technology of the University of Mumbai), a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA in Operations Management. Mr Sankhe has a strong background in petrochemicals, industrial chemicals, and fertilisers, allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Mr Dileep Kumar Singh is an accomplished business leader with 27 years of experience in the Fertilisers and Agri-business sectors. He has held leadership roles at various organisations such as Rallis India, Tata Chemicals, Yara Fertilisers, and Indo Gulf Fertilisers (Grasim Industries). In addition to his postgraduate degree in Agriculture Extension, Mr Singh has completed management and people development courses from prestigious institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Lucknow, Cornell University, and NIESBUD.

Chandra Shekhar

Mr Chandra Shekhar has over 35 years of experience in executing projects, managing operations, and planning and controlling commissioning in chemical and fertiliser plants. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to meet time constraints, adhere to approved budgets, and comply with safety and environmental regulations. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, a PGDM, and a Master's degree in Safety Management.

Mr Manish Agarwal is a certified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with over 27 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and auditing, budgeting and financial reporting, insurance, tax compliance, legal and secretarial regulations, and transfer pricing. He has worked with leading Indian and international corporate houses such as Adani Group, Reliance Group, MP Birla Group, Fuchs Lubricants, and PT Indorama Synthetics (Indorama Group).

Mr Partha Banerjee is a highly experienced professional with an MSc in Economics and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. With around 30 years of experience across multiple sectors, he has a diverse skillset and a proven track record of excellence. His last position was with Chambal Fertilisers.

RK Laddha

Mr RK Laddha is a Chartered Accountant and a dual graduate in Commerce and Law. He has also completed management courses from prestigious institutions including Harvard, IIM Ahmedabad, and ISB Hyderabad. He has over 34 years of professional experience in treasury, accounts, sales and marketing, supply chain, indirect taxes, audit, and legal. Prior to IIPL, Mr Laddha held leadership roles at companies such as Century Textiles, Shree Cement, Reliance Communications, and Century Enka.

Mr UC Dixit holds an MSc in Agriculture and has completed a Master’s Programme in Business Administration. He has over 28 years of experience in sales and marketing, having worked in various positions and locations throughout India. Before joining IIPL, Mr Dixit worked with Hindustan Unilever and Tata Chemicals. He is especially known for his ability to accept challenges and drive new initiatives, while focusing on branding and customer experience.

Praveen Paliwal

Mr Praveen Paliwal is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in areas such as digitalisation, information security, CRM, business process transformation, infrastructure, and cloud-based and mobile applications. He has worked with public sector enterprises and corporations including the Aditya Birla Group. Mr Paliwal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
